We went to a yakitori bar on our special day this month. Mike likes yakitori so I wanted to try to cook this at home. But we didn't want to buy a lot of ingredients only for this dish.
It was great! He enjoyed it with an Asahi beer, and I analyzed the recipe. Wait, honey... I will cook yakitori for you soon! :)
