

I started to diet 2 weeks ago. This is because of my wedding in May and I gained some weight recently. I do yoga 3 times a week and some exercise in the gym a few times a week... but I ate a lot too. So I decided to do diet. I never have done a diet with no dinner in my life. But I started, passionately. It is not easy because we always have dinner together. I just cook many dishes with him and he can eat my delicious food. And me? I just eat a sweet potato or salad or hard boiled egg whites. This is my dinner these days...
Um, I'm not sure anymore. I'm starting to feel exhausted... Eating food is very big part of my life. Also I'm very sensitive, so Mike is scared of me when I'm hungry. But, there is still a lot of time remaining until my wedding... And now it is spring time so there are many kinds of fresh vegetables in the mart to eat.
I can think too many reasons more... so I'm exactly not sure if I can continue with my diet... :(
