Oh, I can't believe what happened to me this past week. Things went so well, and turned out great. Honestly, much better than I thought.
I met my friend, Anne-b yesterday. While we were lost talking each other, I missed a call from the Brooklyn Museum which I had an interview with. I could feel something good through the Chief designer's voice message. We both were so excited about it, and we called the guys to have dinner after work. We walked from her house in West Village to Chinatown to have some delicious Pho. The weather was very windy and cold but at the same time it was very fresh and light. After dinner, we walked back to her house to drink wine. She opened one of her old wine bottles which was dated 1976 to celebrate my 'uncertain, but positive' situation. I was very honored to taste the wine that is older than me. I thought everything would be great. I could feel it.
And, finally, I got a call from the Brooklyn Museum. He said, "Congratulations!." This position is exactly what I wanted since I had worked at an art gallery. My first job in the States as a Senior Print Designer at the Brooklyn Museum... I can't be happy more than this. :)
